Return of Completed Forms
Download the class registration forms, complete, sign, and return by email or USPS. 

Payment of Tuition
A 50% tuition deposit is required to reserve a class slot, with the tuition balance due ten days prior to the class start date.
To tender the tuition deposit or full tuition, phone (352) 350-4450.
We accept all major credit cards.

Cancellation Policy
In the event a class is canceled due to instructor illness, injury, or an emergency, all tuition monies paid will be fully refunded.
​In the event of a student cancellation 20 days or more prior to a class start date, any tuition monies paid will transfer to a future date with no penalty. In the event of a student cancellation 14-19 days prior to a class start date, any tuition monies paid will transfer to a future class. A $25 cancellation penalty will apply. In the event of a student cancellation 18 days and less prior to the class start date, any tuition monies paid will transfer to a future date. A $40 cancellation fee will apply. In the event of limited class participation (three students or less), a county or state campfire ban, or unsafe conditions in the training area, any tuition monies paid will transfer to a future class with no penalty. If a student is a no-show, all tuition monies paid will be forfeited. Byron Kerns Survival has all rights to determination.
