10 am – 4 pm. No overnight.

Bringing a lot of stuff is not necessary. Bring a ferro rod, knife, whistle, your brain, a notepad / writing utensil, a willingness to learn, and a bag lunch. Bottled water, a restroom, and camp chairs will be provided. Come listen to what Byron has to share. Under a parachute canopy while making friends. Become a proficient fire builder using a ferro rod. Learn how to build an emergency shelter – Byron’s bombproof $4 bivouac. Learn ways to purify and disinfect water. And catch a story or two. Come learn a lot in a short time and have fun doing it.
